Shipping

Once you place an order, we process them in the order they are received. Our goal is to ship all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays).

If your order was placed during peak shopping times, it’s possible it may delay your order 1-4 business days from being shipped.

If the order is on backorder there will be a delay in your purchase, and you will be contacted by a customer service representative if your item becomes no longer available and an immediate refund will be given.

All orders are shipped with tracking information that will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Depending upon the location of your shipment we will utilize USPS, UPS or FEDEX.

Returns & Refunds

We take the quality of our products very seriously, and it is our goal to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days. Due to the nature of our product, limitations may apply.

If your order is eligible for a refund, you may be required to return the product and pay for return shipping.

Return Instructions:

  1. Have your order number ready.
  2. Click here to begin your return. Complete the steps listed on the screen. 
  3. You will have the option to print your return label, or you can show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have label printed for you. (The QR code will be provided via email once you book your return.)
  4. Take your return to any of the 31,000 US drop-off locations.
  5. Look for updates, as we’ll keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return and refund.
  6. We’ll deduct $4.99 from your refund to cover shipping costs.
